做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
