做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
