做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
