做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
