做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
