做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
