做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
