做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
