做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
