做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
