做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
