做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
