做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
