做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
