做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
