做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
