做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
