做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
