做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
