做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
