做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
