做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
