做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
