做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
