做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
