做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
