做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
