做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
