做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
