做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
