做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
