做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
