做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
