做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
