做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
