做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
