做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
