做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
