做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
