做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
