做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
