做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
