做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
