做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
