做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
