做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
