做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
