做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
