做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
