做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
